Product Description:
This database generates AP Invoices based on Subcontracts and Subcontracts

Change Orders entered in JC. Self-invoicing insures meeting owner requirements

and prevents over billing.

Features:
* Draw Assignment: The user selects between 1 or 2 draws on both the Subcontract record and the Subcontract CO record to determine how many invoices per Subcontract to generate.
* Draw Percentages: The user also decides on a draws percentagessuch as 40%-60%.
* Audit Point: Software audits data to make sure no invoices are regenerated.
* Invoicing: Internal invoices are printed in order to attach to the check.
* Easy Invoice ID: For ease of use the AP Invoice ID combines the Subcontract ID, the Change

Order ID if any and the Draw number.
